About freedom

Discover that you are already free. You don't have to do anything or be anything. The search for freedom in itself hinders you. Stop the search and the seeker disappears. You discover that you have always been complete and that life is about living from this wholeness.

It is no longer you that need to do anything but life is lived through you. What you thought was me does not exist any more and everything is happening all by itself. The grass grows in stillness, the wind blows, the sun shines without your doing. You learn more and more to live from within instead of copying what other people tell you to do. It is a journey without a map where everything is about trust, receiving, being open, to stand up for your own truth and dare to stay where you are whatever happens. Whatever you do nothing happens. You have not moved an inch. Time does not exist.
