The basis of our work is over 17 years of intense work with ourselves both as individuals and as couple. What we offer when we work with couples is nothing we have learnt by theoretical studies but entirely through our own practical work with difficulties in love relationships. We have discoverered the underlying problems and created practical and working solutions.

We have been into personal development since 1972. Through many courses in different forms of therapy, meditation, and other methods for personal growth we have collected an extensive body of experiences both as individuals and as a couple. Examples of therapeutic methods that we have worked with are Imago therapy, Psychosynthesis, NLP, birth and death processes, regression therapy, Voice dialog, Gestalt therapy, Non Dual Therapy, image therapy, and family constellations. Our journey as a couple started in 1995 and since then we have explored different methods in order to get a love relation work and deepen. During this journey we have also gone through trainings in psychotherapy at Psykosyntesakademin in Stockholm (3 years training) and Non Dual Therapy (NDT) for the well known therapist Nukunu Larsen.

Based on all these experiences we have created our own methodology for honest and loving communication. We have also written a book about how to deepen your love relation - The irresistible meeting (only available in Swedish).
